Donatella Versace and REVOLVE Group have announced a joint venture to build an independent beauty-and-fashion business around Donatella’s creative direction.

Donatella will serve as Chief Creative Officer, leading the venture’s creative vision across its identity, products, collaborators and wider creative world. REVOLVE says it will provide digital-commerce, technology, consumer-intelligence, operations, marketing and community capabilities.

The business will span beauty and fashion, with beauty first. Its consumer-facing name and detailed product categories remain undisclosed. REVOLVE says the venture’s name, creative vision and first launch — beginning in beauty — will be revealed in the coming months.

REVOLVE has not announced a fixed commercial launch date. Vogue reports that the first products are expected in 2027. The venture’s final legal structure also remains undisclosed: no legal entity, jurisdiction, ownership split, voting control or board structure has been made public, and public materials do not establish that definitive agreements have been executed.

Based on current disclosures, the venture is separate from the Versace fashion house. Versace is not identified as a party, and no ownership, licensing, operating, manufacturing or distribution role for the house has been announced.

REVOLVE describes the venture as digital-first and says it will include a new online platform. Initial intended markets are the United States, Latin America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. No distribution exclusivity or financial terms have been disclosed.
